Pork Tenderloin Roast ala Buckeye Season pork roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread Buckeye Mustard over top of roast. Bake uncovered in 325 degree preheated oven. Bake approximately 25 minutes per pound. The last 1/2 hour or so of cooking time, take out roast and spread more Buckeye Mustard over meat and return to oven. mmmm... Thanks Susie!! |
