was founded in 2004 by Columbus native Lisa Latshaw. The
recipe was developed to ensure quality and freshness without
the use of added preservatives. Name recognition aside,
Buckeye Mustard is selling very well in the local market.
Made with fresh horseradish, this sweet & spicy mustard is
exceptionally versatile and compliments a wide variety of
foods. At
the renowned Spagio Restaurant in Grandview, Ohio, Chef
Herbert creates numerous dishes inspired by Buckeye Mustard.
In addition the legendary Katzingers Deli in downtown German
Village, boasts “Buckeye Mustard is our best seller.”
As an Ohio
Proud member, Buckeye Mustard is showcased in many local
events. Most weekends the owner, Lisa Latshaw can be found
in stores sampling her mustard.
